Welcome to RPR Planning
We are a team of town planning consultants, architectural designers and structural design engineers that specialise in architecture, planning applications and building regulations.
We provide a complete town planning and architectural design service for both residential and commercial markets. The company is owned and run by former Senior Council Planning Officers and was set up to provide a reliable, honest and affordable town planning and architectural service within Greater London and the South East areas.
Typical residential projects
These include loft conversions, rear and side extensions, basements and flat conversions. We also specialise in dealing with projects in Conservation Areas, Listed Buildings and advise on a broad range of commercial schemes such as: change of use projects, office and industrial schemes and larger scale residential and mixed use developments.
